Healthy Kids Collaborative Lead Remediation Program The Lead Remediation Program is a three-year effort to make up to 600 homes lead-safe for Rhode Island families. We work in targeted areas in Providence, Pawtucket, Central Falls and Woonsocket to recruit/enroll property owners in a grant program to remediate lead hazards through mailings, classes, door knocking, presentations, house parties and fairs.
